1 yr old? Wow I am so out of touch. belated congrats!
Am ok, setting up my own business, all a bit scary. Still got the flat in Malaysia, but back in the UK at the moment.
Not much money for the punt, every penny counts these days.

Spain's Andrés Iniesta named as player of the tournament Not quite as good as had he been Top Goalscorer but at 10/1 I am happy enough!

Spotted an interesting match tonight and wondered if Godstone Eagle had an opinion (as our resident South American correspondent).

Chilean Apertura Season Finale
Universidad de Chile v O’Higgins

I found an interesting preview here:
http://talkingbaws.com/2012/06/28/ch...season-finale/

The first leg finished 2-1 in favour of O'Higgins so UdC have to win the match to lift the Cup. While O'Higgins won the first leg and their last League encounter (3-0 at home) the previous two meetings (at UdC) were won by the home team 3-0 and 7-1.
UdC do have an impressive home record though - their last 16 home matches reads W14 D2 - with the two draws being Copa Libertadores matches (against Paraguayan team Libertad and Argentinian Boca Juniors). Looking further back they have just a single home defeat in 37 home matches. In comparison, O'Higgins away form (all Premier League) is patchy - P16 W6 D1 L9.

Universidad de Chile -1 @ 1.91 (PaddyPower)
or for the more adventurous
Universidad de Chile -1.75 @ 2.1 (Bet365)

Found another preview, again written before the first leg, but the final prediction (right at the end of the article) predicted the fist leg score precisely...

http://vivalarojamierda.wordpress.co...final-preview/

Might have a dabble on 3-0 just in case

"Interesting" news from Norway today...when a 1.division match (Ullensaker-HamKam)..match has been postponed because of match fixing fears..
Odd betting going on (more news in a press conference later).

Also another match in the 2.division yesterday (Østsiden - Follo, went from 0-3 to 4-3) is under investigation.

Sad times for fotball..seems to happen everywhere this

Found sick piece of value if bods interested on Bwin....Grace priced @ 50/1 for the win but for some reason 16.5/1 for Top 10 whereas all the other 50/1 players are priced around 8/1.

Delicious. £30 Lumped

Also 7.67 to finish in the top 20.

Mark my words with Hawk- Eye at Selhurst in Season 13-14 there will be some people questioning the accuracy of it because they've failed to realise that a ball is a 3 dimensional object that is widest at the middle.

I have formed, with 3 of my freinds what I like to call "The Corporation" to exploit Bwin (Mugs) and take their profits.

Any chance they can void it if they realise they're donks?

It's possible they may class it as a palp and pay out at the lower odds.

How about 40/1 on the place market for the same player?

Looks like most of his prices are out. I would have said that they don't fancy him but why put him as short as 50/1 to win it?

Also some of their other prices look slightly out but not as much as Grace.

Help! Anyone know anything about golf?

Are either/both of these money back specials on the open championship good value?

Boyle – MB if an Irish player wins.
BetVic – MB if Westwood, Poulter, Garcia or Donald wins.

The Boyle sports would be better than the betvictor one IMO, irish players enjoy a bit of links golf, Would be interested in Harrington outright as he played well this year.

For anyone interested:

Well, well, well. The markets for Scottish Open got removed yesterday and after checking at 7 this morning my bets were still there, I get into work at 8.30 and they have been cancelled/stake returned. Email sent: what a bunch of wrongen 2bob dingle company mugs.

Good Morning

Once I again, I have a major issue with this site!!! Why the hell
have my 3 bets on Branden Grace been cancelled??? This is a joke,
the odds were up there for about 12 hours yesterday, you have no right
just to "cancel" a bet which has been placed for nearly 24 hours &
refund the stake! I want an explanation and the bets to be re-instated
at the correct odds!!!! If I had placed a bet by mistake, there is no
you would just let me "take" the bet back.
Absolute joke!!! The bet ref nums are below:

1SGXU3NZ1T
1SGXU6PK4P
1SGXUKU890

I expect a speedy response!

Regards

Chris Tyler

Edit: they probably do have a right to pull the bets if i read the T&C's, but doesn't make it one bit right.

It's a clear palpable error in the context of the other selections @ 50/1. They're well within their rights to void them.

I understand this but it still makes it so wrong. If they had priced him to place at 3/1 when he should be 6/1 and I backed him, would they refund my stake.......No.

Not the point. If a shop misplaced the decimal place and priced an iPad @ £49.99 rather than £499.99 you would rightly not be entitled to purchase it at this price.

If a bookmaker offers clearly accidental odds then you should not be entitled to those odds. If even you acknowledge that the odds were clearly incorrect (i.e. an error) I don't see why you still believe you are entitled to them? It's not like the bookmaker consciously priced this guy up at 17.5 and now want to void it because they think they mispriced it, it was clearly their intention to price him up at ~8/1.

If they had priced him to place at 3/1 when he should be 6/1 and I backed him, would they refund my stake.......No.

This happens all the time simply because of how bookmaking works! People back stuff @ 20/1 all the time which should be 100/1.
