I bought this.
To view the link you have to Register or Login It's got a long old interview disc with the band talking about the making of the album. Great to see them getting on so well. How cool would it be to hear the five of them play it live again?

Seems very unlikely. SH has been in the band longer than Fish, who is retiring from the business anyway. Best to leave it to memory. Fish was a great front man for the band, but arguably SH has taken them to a new level of performance both in the studio and live. They've never been more popular, with their forthcoming gig at the RAH selling out in record time.
I'm not a huge fan of FEAR, their latest release, but it was incredibly well received. I think Sounds that can't be Made, was far superior, but it's all a matter of opinion. I think Marillion's output in the Fish era was great, but very much of its time. I remember seeing them at the Hammersmith Odeon back in the day, (2nd row, centre!) and Fish filled the stage - literally! Good times ![]() |

Marillion at the Royal Albert Hall last Friday really was one of the best concerts I've seen all year.
If you didn't get there, look out for the DVD, as they were filming the show for release next year. Lots of special effects, superb lighting & a spectacular show with a flawless performance from the band. Needless to say, they went down a storm with a fanatical sold-out crowd of die-hard fans. They were simply sensational!

A brilliant show, don't miss it. He plays the best of his solo stuff & plenty of Genesis gems!

Went to see the 'The Musical Box' at De Montfort Hall Leicester last night great concert and almost perfect recreation and sound of the SEBTP/black tour even down to the lead singer dropping the microphone during 'Dancing with the moonlit knight' (not sure that was actually scripted though!).
On a side note it appears middle aged Leicester fans take their 'Clappers' away with them after the match and nearly everyone in the town centre 'Spoons' had them with them! ![]() |

I reckon the microphone blunder was scripted. They are anal in their recreations of Genesis tours.

Going by the 'encore', it looks like they'll be back with The Lamb next year ![]() Last time I saw TMB play The Lamb, it was at Royal Albert Hall and the evening of the Liverpool (h) match; I travelled up in Palace shirt.

Thanks Waddoneagle.
Pendragon were in great form last night. Couldn’t believe how far some people had come, not just from this country but from all over the Continent. Great support for the band & a wonderful atmosphere

The bass player from Horse, Colin Standring, is in the band I sing in. Nice fella and never mentioned it until one of us Googled him after his wife mentioned something.
