Lets All Laugh at The Toon.

Came across a classic on YouTube to share.

It has everything that sums them up. The Shearer furore, the entitled fans, a classic home defeat, terrible errors, incredible misses, poor refereeing, and a great punch up.

To bounce straight back up twice from relegation as Football League Champions in recent years like they have done is impressive, especially with the half-arsed owner they have. To do it even once is hard enough in modern times. A club has to have something about it to achieve that. They are a big club, despite also being a circus.

I really hope they stay up because it is good for a geographical spread that a club from the North East is in the Premier League next season.

Still though, it must kill them that clubs like us are now well ahead of them.

They are the only club in the last 5 years to be relegated from the Prem who are in the top 10 when it comes to revenue.

Not sure about now, but the year they were relegated in 2016, they were the 17th richest club in the world.

Not so impressive.

Palace’s revenue income on the other hand has meant we are in the bottom half, which just goes to show what a great job Parish has done to keep us up for so long.

Feel a bit for the Newcastle fans, they've been through a right load of shit under Ashley. Imagine if Parish was like him.

Blindly supporting Pardew out of some misplaced loyalty? Yeah, just imagine

We aren't well ahead at all. We have a better squad right now, they could catch us up easily enough if/when they start spending money and if competing for the same player in the transfer market they will always beat us

The ref to ignore the Newcastle penalty claims and then give the second penalty, sums up refs!

Enjoyed that clip. Some good players involved. Lots of English players. Some good, some not so much.

Barry has been a good player / had a great career.

I also feel for Newcastle given their dreadful owner. However, I also get annoyed by the 'big club' status they seem to think they deserve, and the ludicrous media comments that this generates. E.g. BBC & others talking total garbage about how 'once the takeover goes through' they will be 'in a position to challenge for the Premier League title'. Bizarre. What on earth are they talking about?
