Law of averages . Palace to win 1-0 in an extremely tepid affair . The only highlights of the game will be a couple of outstanding saves by cling-on.I predict that i get soaked to the skin on that rotten away terrace and have to take sanctuary in the lovely festival style portaloos behind/underneath the said terrace

If Fulham win Sunday, then 1-1 draw. If Fulham drop points Sunday, then 4-0 Fulham. I just hope Palace get something as I work with a few glory hunters!

I'm with BJ on this one, if Fulham beat Blackburn we will either nick a point 0-0 or paste 'em 2-1. But if Fulham drop there 100% against Blackburn, there'll be desperate to bounce back, and stuff us.

So come on Fulham, stuff the Blackburn.

Fulham 2 Palace 0

Defence play well, Kolinka keeps us in it, midfield totally over run, Palace resort to hoofing it. Afterwards Smith says it was always going to be a hard game and we have a lot of youngsters who need to learn quickly. There is a considerable tactical naievity with the team but sadi its not his fault. When asked what it felt like to be bottom of the league Smith said, reading from a prepared statement, that it is early days and the club had refocused and would be pushing for a play off place in the next quartile of the season.

I always predict defeat away and mostly draws at home.

Fulham to nick it 2-1 in the 6th minute of injury time.

I have a very funny feeling we'll nick this 1-0. Or maybe it's just indigestion.

3-1 to Fulham, I fear, with Coleman scoring an own goal. But wouldn't it be great if the optimists were right and we came away with some points?

Whhhhaaaaaassssssuuuuuuuuppppppppp!!!

Fulham, unlucky not to score

Palace, incredibly scrappy Morrison goal.

First time I've ever backed Palace to win, so expect an avalanche of goals bearing 'Made in France'.

Fulham 2 Palace 0

An improved, gritty showing by Palace, who frustrated the league leaders for large periods of the game. Palace managed to manufacture a few chances, but lack of poise in front of goal cost dearly. Fulham - too much class when it counted, and in the end a comfortable victory.
