Warnocks first three games
What i expected:
Newcastle away, lost Burnley home, win Everton away, dicking In reality we got 5 very decent points, and in all the games we played some brilliant counter attacking football(apart from burnley boreing us off the park) I was 50/50 on warnocks appointed, i was very much on the fence. However imo he has had a brilliant start too life at palace, and has now with this win the spirit and form from last year is definitley coming back again. I hope some of the warnock abusers are at least having a rethink. Up the Palace. |

Well said. Warnock may not be here for the long term. But he is fine for now and what we need. Up the palace.

Actually thought we would get 4. Draw at Newcastle, and I expected us to beat Burnley. Thought Everton would be out for "revenge"!

Yep - he's done well. Gor to pleased with 5 points from the first 3 with 2 away games included.

Have to admit I was disappointed when he was appointed but he seems to have steadied the ship. 5 points in 3 games (two away games aswel) is decent. Long may it continue.

Future England manager. Great appointment.

The most important thing this performance/result gives is confidence. I think playing Leicester might suit the Warnock way....

Expected three and hoped for four. Expecting three on Saturday too.

A good fit for us for now. Fair play to him.

Also canny enough to make the tactical changes needed. He saw that we were playing to deep, and remedied it.

There's a great quote on BBC Sport from Brian Clough:
"Managers who remind me of myself? Alex Ferguson for his bravery and consistency. And Neil Warnock - without the success." |

Be really interesting to see what effect today has - we look like our old selves again. Leicester next week now looks fascinating; lets bring them back down to earth.

Very happy to have him back, this job won't be too big for him and he won't walk out on us!

I reckon he may have a future in football management. I hope Bolton don't come knocking

I was a little perturbed to read some fans on twitter implying that this win validates the choice of Warnock.
It's really too early to say. Let's hope it's the start of a decent run and a decent bash at staying up.
