Anyone know if we are allowed to do a like for like switch or something along those lines regards the 25 man squad itself, & if we can prove it to be an emergency situation we would be allowed?

No, it's only us that get injured players. Every other team in the country is injury free.

Un effing believable. Do we have any under 21's in the academy who could cover Ward? Gabbidon has played right back before for West Ham

He'll be out for the season. Come back, run his contract down and **** off on a free.
Only joking. Get well soon Jack.

The downside is that the ankle is exposed to more knocks and kicks in future games and is also susceptible to pronatory / supinatory forces which can cause recurrences. My belief is though that the club will have the best looking after him and so his rehab and return to football will be second to none. He could well be in contention before xmas if lucky. |

Taylor played RB a few times. Didn't look particularly comfortable, mind, and nowhere near the level now required.

Everyone here talking about how we're cursed, this happens to every club. It is awkward for us and leaves us without real cover at rb, but I feel much worse for him than us. He's just had his big break into the premier league and is now out for a large part of the season before having any chance of proving himself or kicking a ball in the league. Here's wishing him a speedy recovery.

oh dear good start what with sick note williams we quickly losing our squad depth ,that poor french geezer might get a run out , (1st round fa cup as we throw the game to desperatly try to stay up for the sky dirty dollar at all cost ) if the rules on the 25 allow

Hugely disappointing for Hunt obviously, but as long as Ward stays fit we will be fine. Parr has played at RB before as someone has mentioned, plus KG or Taylor. I wouldn't mind seeing Taylor given a chance given how well KG has been doing in his usual position this season.
