He's worse than that
Positioning is all over the place. He's slow, can't head the ball away, can't tackle. Keeps getting pulled out wide. Absolute shite. Gabbidon was better than this useless pile of horse shit. Paddy is better too. |

A free transfer was too expensive.

Why sign someone from a team that went down letting in goals all over the place? He's old as well.
Really bad signing and for me would not even make the 25 |

Rather see a backline of Ward-Kelly-Delaney-Williams whilst Dann is out to be honest.

A bit concerning for me, performance-wise.
I also feel there's a little hypocrisy in the management: Millen says he's sticking with Speroni over Hennessey as an established player has the jersey until they do something to justify losing it. Surely we should be running with Dann and Delaney as a starting pair after last year's heroics until one or the other has a series of performances to merit being dropped? I think that both of those two have outperformed Hangeland in the last two games, so it's a position which can easily be justified. |

I Agree was bad today but I think he prefers to play inside left but with damn injured, Delaney has to play there as he is left footed. I thought he started ok against arsenal but since he's been paired with Delaney he looks shite.

Yes but he is cheap, a common denominator in SP's transfers.

What the **** did we expect? The guy's a 34 year old who played in one of the worst defences the Premier League has ever seen.
