Parish was being shifty as hell on HOL re lee's departure. "I thought we would be better with a leaner backroom staff". If he's genuine, he's an absolute moron, as the only two decent set ups we've had under him have been with Pulis' extensive team, and Sam's, both of which had a lot of specialisation.

Says a lot about Koeman that. Thanks for sharing.
Anybody criticising Koeman for this needs to be drug tested immediately. How many times in professional football have you seen the wrong decision given and then the offending player hold up his hand and say, "Actually ref you made a mistake, please give our opponents a penalty and send me off" Doesn't happen.

Imagine we come down to the last game this season where if we lose we get relegated, would you expect Dann or Sakho to "fess up" in Koeman's situation? I doubt it.

my confidence isnt really being ignited with RH and Lewington in the technical areas , I think The Crankies and /or The Chuckle Brothers would be more inspiring.

Good enough for England though weren't they. Hard to judge them on Man United and Man City away

no they jolly were not good enough for England hence the debacle at the 2014 WC in being the first team home on the first plane out and just as useless in the 2016 Euros, plus he lied to the FA about guaranteeing that he would get more out of the young talent coming through for those Euros, he did the opposite, he made himself an even bigger hopeless clown than he already was, what was the load of old cobblers that he used to justify continually picking the useless Rooney? he had to reward his loyalty!

I have also heard things you have. I have also heard things that support what sammy lee has apparently said to koeman.

Again Koeman is the messenger in this (rightly or wrongly) but he message is still the same. Having a go at koeman is burying your head in the sand to yet something else that points to our shambles of a board
You know a lot, don't you? You even claim to know what Brighton Eagle knows? You even claim to know what Sammy Lee apparently said to Koeman, to bring you to your own conclusions?

Jesus wept.

We are going off chinese whispers, who knows what Sammy Lee said to Koeman, and how Koeman interpreted it for his own agenda. Add to that no man likes to be sacked, so hardly likely to be glowing about the club is he.

Remeber Lee will be looking for a new job so maybe wants to distance himself from his own sacking by saying he wasnt at fault for anything.

Remeber truth is relative and also not always at face value, especailly when recounted through a third party.

Im not saying it's not true, just we need to consider the other truths.

Heard from someone recently that suggested there were too many coaching staff members doing different things with the squad that also caused confusion.

All very true. Only issue with that is that these varying titbits of info combined with the increasingly bizarre transfer dealings, coupled with the turnover of managers does point to there being something not quite right at the club.

If we were relegated this season next summer would be mayhem, as we are not ready for the Championship in anyway whatsoever and would need a major overhaul. In fact if things don't dramatically improve by Christmas I can see a few major players being sold in January, and probably for a lot less than they were worth this summer.

Parish does seem to thrive in crisis management, and based on his comments in the HOL radio interview seems to enjoy it, possibly even by creating it, but this is a massive challenge now. We desperately need to get back to the roots of what got us here in the first place and stop pretending we are a big club.
