I hope he gets the maximum possible sentence.
It looks like he has it in a squeezy bottle. You can clearly see him squirt it a few times at the bloke in the sleevless puffer hoody thing.

Has to be a long sentence. How much intent there is is unquestionable. You have left the house with this concoction in your pocket and specifically entered a place where you know your enemies are going to be.

It is most likely to be the sentence laid down in law of course. Judges do not have total discretion.

Why into the crowd? From the BBC it's unclear about motive and where the substance came from.

In theory it's GBH, so the maximum sentence, in more 'normal' circumstances, with one victim, would be about 7 years I think. But I'm only going on the To view the link you have to Register or Login, and I'm sure the judge may find a way to escalate that. People calling for life sentences are going to be disappointed, I suspect.

14 victims = 98 years.

If he thought it was shampoo, he's more than welcome to use it. Merely to disprove. No? Thought not.

A waste of blood and organs.

GBH with pre-meditated intent is somewhat more than giving someone a kicking in a bar fight.

No-one leaves their house with a bottle of disfiguring acid.

You can get life for GBH with intent, although the life sentance is 15 years I think. The bloke that attacked me had his charges dropped from attempted murder to GBH with intent so the sentance could possibly be longer, he got life with a min of 10 years.

Can't have, they'd never have traced the suspect!
