Robin Li, owner of the Chinese Google. Worth billions and funnily enough, also owner of AC Milan. Expect a lot more left pocket/right pocket stuff between Italy and England.

Mendes appears to have finally found his own personal cash machine. Cuts out the middle men I suppose.

Looks like Wolves could finally shake off their "sleeping giant" tag over the next few years. Their board seem serious.

FFP dont really come into it, only if they go back down, wise to spend now so it does not interfere with the PL FFP
Have QPR paid their fine yet, will Bournemouth

And as said above, this is another dubious piece of money transfer between parts of the same company.

The 3 year period now aligns with the FFP rules in the Premier League so if Wolves get promoted they could lose up to £35m in their first season in the Premier League although again the maximum loss is still £5m if the owners don't put any equity in. The penalty for breaching the FFP rules has also been revised. The Football League can now deduct points during the current season, demote a club from automatic promotion into the play-offs or out of the play-offs altogether. Wolves made a profit in 2015 and 2016 due to the profit on the sale of players. So I don't think FFP is a problem given they look certs for automatic promotion and Premier League riches.

Leicester City will pay the Football League £3.1m after settling a Financial Fair Play (FFP) dispute from the 2013/14 season when the club won the Championship. The Foxes exceeded the permitted £8m loss when they won promotion. They posted a loss of £20.8m but said £13m of it was "allowable" as it included promotion and academy costs. The EFL said that Leicester "did not make any deliberate attempt to infringe the rules or to deceive". that last bit is debatable. 3m fine vs promotion..
