Thats Boro now failed to score in 4 of their last 5 games.
The Pulis effect. Bamford up front probably isn’t helping matters.

@CraigHope_DM
wow, 3-3! Callum McManaman equalises for SAFC in stoppage-time (96th minute!) then runs into the Boro dugout and cocks his ear to Tony Pulis, his former WBA manager. An act for which he is booked. @CraigHope_DM Tony Pulis responds with... "He was disappointed when he was at West Brom because I didn't pick him. He went to Sheff Wed on loan & they didn't pick him. Now he's here & they don't pick him." @CraigHope_DM Chris Coleman responds with... "I thought he was running to me, that was a bit embarrassing. I got blanked. I didn't know the history between them."

If Boro go up, and they still can, that guy will be back. And Boro will be THE dullest team in the world.

We have had some of the greatest dullard managers in the English game and in Pulis had someone you know you were stupid to trust. Hopefully will drop out of the top six and be sacked

Towards the end of his time here, Pulis had us playing some great football. This seems very much to be the exception to the rest of his managerial career though.

I don't like the guy as an individual but he saved our arses in 2013/14. I would still be interested to hear his take on why he left. I would have a little chuckle if it was because he couldn't sign Crouch on £60k per week but two years later we signed Benteke on double that.

Rose tinted specs i think. Lots of games were dire but we loved it. I remember us beating West Ham in possibly the worst game of football i have ever seen - bfs was their manager i think.

We had that time wasting thing going on as well ftom the first minute - that 10-15 seconds more than average to take every throw in and free kick.

A lot of his tenure was about grinding out results but those final 8 or so games were fantastic. We soaked up pressure and then just destroyed teams on the break with ridiculous pace. |
