Low blow to Barnsley that, and he had only just signed a new contract!
Barnsley board and fans are fuming, rightly so too.

If you look at the bottom of the table at least one 'big' name will be going down this season by the looks of things.

Possibility that both Sunderland and Hull will have 2 relegations in a row.
Tough for the fans and shows how quickly you can drop away. Not easy to get back. Looks like some big clubs coming up with Wolves, Derby and Villa going well. |

Wolves look very dangerous, they have a huge amount of money behind them as well. Hoping they **** up in the final 1/3 (as long as we stay up). The bottom end is very interesting, Burton are gone, but there will be a big boy dropping to League 1

If Wolves don’t go up, then we will win the league. They’re both about as likely as each other.
Wolves haven’t just been beating teams, they’ve been destroying them. If they can keep their team and add 3 or 4 good players, they’ll do well next season. |

With three more additions of Neves’ calibre, never mind staying up, they’ll be pushing for top 8.

Who are the three to go up then? I’m going:
1st Wolves 2nd Cardiff PO Derby Fulham look great but I can’t help but think that this won’t go on until the end of the season. |

Wolves Cardiff Villa to come up
Burton, Barnsley and Sunderland to go down, although Hull could potentially go. |

How many players did Hull and Sunderland retain?

I think Hull retained quite a lot of their squad from last season but i don't think Sunderland kept many, except ones they are stuck with like Rodwell and O'Shea.

I went to watch Fulham last night. Good side but not amazing. Cairney ran the show but was surprised that Sessegnon didn't shine as much as i thought he would, didn't really take on players however it's hard to believe he's only 17, strong with good shot on him. Leeds couldn't finish, lost possession easily. As for Leeds fans they are still living off past (well in the past) glories, loud though.
I have to admit it was sobering thought that we might be playing Leeds next season and i'm not ready for it!

Sunderland look gone now. A big summer at the crossroads for them if they are to get stabilised.

Warnock for manager of the year. He’s done an incredible job.
