What a game that was on Saturday. 2 - 0 down after twenty odd minutes, pull one back on the stroke of half time.
Then we have a stonking second half but don't score. One minute to go, Kane scores a fantastic overhead kick to equalise then two minutes into injury time, we win a Penalty and score. The place goes mental. I was buzzing all night. Robins Robins Robins

C-Block: Not sure on the new stadium, it seems like a good idea to me but I can see why some residents don't want it.

In that league the ones I'd look out for are Kettering and Canvey. Both good non league sides. Kettering have been up and down between Conference and Rymans, where as Canvey have missed out on promotion two seasons in a row. I suppose if I was to look for a non league team it would be Dulwich as that's where I was born. But they are seriously in trouble. The lease is coming to an end on the stadium, and the ground is owned by King's College, who can do what they want with it at the end of the lease. So the club could be homeless. Sound a bit like a non league Palace to me. Don't know how they're doing in the league. I shall have to look.

4 points clear, nice. Lets hope the Robins can keep there excellent run together. Only think that worries me is the stadium issue will affect the football side of the club, let's hope it does not happen.
If there still up there come Christmas they have a real chance.

Wasn't Bognor the other team promoted last year? If so, funny how both promoted teams find themselves at the top so soon.

A sobering tale of St Albans City springs to mind here, they took off like the proverbial hare in the Rymans last year, but got involved in the FA Cup and League form suffered...
BTW Jim, I thought this was Kettering's first year outside the Conference from sometime?? |

Wouldn't it be terrific to see Carshalton Athletic promoted to the Conference!!!
