Choosing away seats online

Ive got flash installed....I thought we were able to select seats for away games? Or is that just away season ticket holders?

If it's the Southampton game I don't have a problem and I'm not an away season ticket holder.

Normally it's just what is offered you although you can decline and try later for a different seat (as a gold member choice anyway). Very occasionally as in the Fulham returns does the actual seat plan appear as per palace's system. Not sure if it appears any differently for seasons holders though?

Away season ticket holders get the option to select seats (which is the main benefit of being an away season ticket holder).

When the away ST holder phase is over and sales move to the next phase, the Choose Seats option is normally removed and you have to use the Quick Seats option. However, sometimes they don't remove the Choose Seats option immediately and there's a short period where everyone can use it. And sometimes, as mentioned by LN1 above, they do enable the Choose Seats option at other times for one reason or another.

Think it's a mess the way box office sell tickets take wolves away a palace fan was in the very front row and wanted to stand behind was some elderly fans who wanted to sit so they arsked the steward to get them to sit down . 2 or 3 did this but one did not want to and a copper steeped in luckily man with said fan physically had to stop her from standing for rest of game by holding her coat. Now there were 100s of empty seats that they could have moved in to further back and stand but she wanted to stand in first row luckily for her steward was all for taking it further but old guy said it's ok leave it I just
want to sit and watch game now these situations should not happen how hard would it be
for box office to specify front seats are for fans who want to sit Elderly young ect so letting fans cherry pick seats sometimes makes it worse .
