Anyone know how ticket sales are going for this? I would assume quite slow.

Navigation Road - 81 Brooklands - 108 Sale - 25 Stretford - 33 Sale Water Park (M60) on the 6 Line to Manc. Airport and East Didsbury (M56/M60) on the 5 Line to Rochdale are also options if you don't mind the 1-Mile walk from Trafford Bar rather than getting off at Old Trafford.

2 per member now available.
Looks like E230 and E231 have sold out. E232 is currently on sale. |

I’m after 3 tickets for this game but the purchase limit is 2, does anyone know if the allowance of tickets per person/purchase is likely to increase nearer to the date of the match if they haven’t sold through?

If you've got any other client ref numbers linked to you, you should be able to link them together when phoning

I think that depends on the allocation. If the club have decided to take just the three blocks E230-E232 then it will sell out at the current allowance of two per member. If they take one (or both) of the other two available blocks then they'll increase the ticket allowance per member. But if you can use another client ref as Allan suggests, then you're sorted.

Site is now offering block E233 so we're taking at least some of the tickets in that block. Allowance is still only 2 per member at the moment.

Just got tickets for this. Very likely to mean the end of my son's 4-match winning streak, but COME ON YOU PALACE. Wonder if Zaha will finally have an impact in this fixture? Never seems to perform against them which is frustrating

Just had the following email from the box office:
Dear Supporter, thank you for purchasing your ticket for our game against Manchester United at Old Trafford. We have been advised from Manchester United’s safety and stewarding team that the front 3 rows for this fixture will be seating only. Any supporter who persistently stands will be asked to move seat (if an alternative is available), or they will be asked to leave the stadium. If you would like a refund on your ticket, or would like to relocate your seat, you can return your ticket via post (recorded delivery) with a short covering letter, or in person at the box office during our opening hours. We apologise for an inconvenience this may cause. Suits me fine, as I chose to sit at the front so I could sit, and I'd imagine most who chose seats there were also away season ticket holders who did the same for the same reasons

Interesting email really DE, essentially there is tacit acceptance of standing (which we know of course) but not seen it evidenced quite so clearly. All seater approach truly on it's last legs indeed.
I like the policy - being clear that certain number of front rows WILL be forced to seat.

Maybe club think that away games are struggling to sell out because a lot of fans prefer to sit then stand for 90 min and are not attending because of this so trying to have a sitting area for kids oaps ect or maybe it's something man utd do no mension of first suggestion when buying Brighton or west ham tickets but mine were not at front so more likely man u thing

Man United is unusual because the away blocks are immediately behind home fans, in fact disabled home fans in wheelchairs, so presumably they don't want those first few rows standing right over their home fans.
Fortunately, when Palace sell away tickets the very first seats to be sold are to away season ticket holders, amongst whom the front rows are chosen specifically by 'sitters' so I don't expect any issues in this regard when we visit As an aside, this is a timely opportunity to remind Palace fans that Man United have a zero bags policy inside Old Trafford, and if you do bring a bag you will have to leave it in a 'left luggage' portacabin in some car park away from the ground, so don't bring bags unless absolutely necessary
