I think most people would like Millwall at home.

I want AFC Wimbledon home or away.
We'll get Bournemouth away.

I always get quite excited for our first game in the league cup cos it's a chance to see whoever's not in the first team make their play for game time. Also always intensely bored of it by round 3 and hoping we get knocked out so we can focus on the league and the important cup.

Bet you’ll feel smug when we draw Norwich away.

Plymouth or Swansea away would be a bit of a trek home!!! I guess not every possible fixture is the local tie that the north-south divide is intended to help deliver!

That trip home through the night coming back from Exeter in the second round was a tiring drive.

7 possible 'new' grounds?
(Friendlies don't count in my book) AFC wankers Cheltenham Forest Green MK Dons Newport Oxford Wycombe Also, we amazingly haven't played Brentford since the infamous league cup tie in 77, so a lot of people (including me) won't have seen CPFC there either. Any of those away will do me. Millwall it is then...

Is this tie nailed on for the Wednesday 29th or might it be on the Tuesday instead?
Hoping Tuesday is possible. |

Norwich would be great for me and I might even be able to wangle a free ticket for that - although not in the away end. Appreciate though that this is some distance from Selhurst but is on the line from Liverpool St I think.

Wednesday seems most likely as we have a game on Sunday 26th but it's not certain.

It is but it'll take you 6 hours from Liverpool to Norwich each way.

Not sure this early in league cup would be good going by last few seasons under half our fans who attend prem games turn up early rounds it would be milwalls cup final they would sell out. Would rather play millwall in fa cup 5th round with our first 11 playing with a big crowd not our fringe players who would probaly play in league cup .
