Would’ve been a great away game if it wasn’t midweek

Well done to Wolves for undercutting the £30 away ticket cap, though.

Where do we sit/stand now? In 79 we were in that gigantic terrace next to them. I recall they'd just signed Andy Gray (the future Sky commentator) for a then huge £1.5m and they paraded him on the pitch. By the Butterfield cup match we were in that thin and long strip along the side, which was difficult to generate an atmosphere. Looking forward to the walk through the subway as usual.

We are in the corner of the Stan Cullis Stand (Upper and Lower Tiers), NOT the lower tier of the Steve Bull Stand along the side
They are mostly the seats coloured black on the right hand side of the stand in the picture below

That was where we sat when we played them mid week (Wilf scored a blinder) a few years ago. The stairs up are not for the feint hearted.

If you are capable of of a slow jog and you left the ground at 930pm, you'd catch the 945pm train which gets you back to Euston just after midnight. Rather than hanging around for the train after which is at 1045pm.

Upper tier is the steepest stand I have ever been in and it has restricted view on the far side. Think I will stick to lower!
