I agree, you are right in saying that was the reason given.
But, the shambolic Thameslink Project has, at least, yielded lots of 12 carriage trains, why are those not being used!
Seems like there were years of disruption, in the Croydon area, for this, and now, no benefits are accruing.

Anyone know if the box office is expected to be open today? Just called, auto response saying closed but I'm hoping they are just a bit late as I need to get a season ticket transferred for the game!
