I make that eight clubs in the Premier League who have sacked their manager this season. Is this a record?

He’d be no different here and certainly not the long term guy we want
You could be right, i dont know his character. Think they are both basket case clubs so he would fit in well at palace.

With their track record for sacking managers which sucker is going to be the next fodder to be fed to the scrapheap.
He showed no loyalty to Watford whatsoever. He had a contact, tried his best to break it and when he was told to f* off he got the huff

Watford refused to let him talk to Everton, officially anyway otherwise he’d have been on his toes. Calling him loyal is stretching it a bit

Funnily enough I remarked to my wife whilst watching MOTD last night that he had that same shifty 'resigned to my fate' look on the touchline at the Walkers Bowl yesterday as he did at Selhurst Park in the game which went Hull down. He really didn't seem to want to be there.

Never imagined he would get the old heave ho 12 hours later though

I thought something similar, normally quite well kept too, looked like he had a Tennents Super waiting for him out of shot.

Yes he did look a bit resigned when we scored early in THAT game last season. Im just happy we have Roy for now.. Would like to see a bit more long term planning for the club though. Constantly putting out fires.

Yes the silence from those detractors wilk be deafening.

Easy to point out the errors of the chairman when your own suggestions never get to be acid tested.

Not sure how many injuries but they have had several red cards (nice one Cleverley though)

That's right, two or three in a row too. Cleverly has been their best player as well.

7 game points/goals handicap and we're only one point behind Watford.

Bad time to part company with a manager and a difficult group of players to match a new one too.

How many managers have the Watford owners sacked in the last few years? Seems their only aim is to preserve Premier league status and rake in the money. Awful way to run a club.
