I actually just put the U23s/Not in 25/Scholars in the same group, but no problem separating them again if people want..a bit tricky finding information about the U18 though. According to the palace web site we only have 9 U18 players for example.
Actually you've probably done the best thing by merging them, as you say it would be a bit too difficult to split them properly. Regardless it's a great improvement and will be interesting to see if any more academy players breakthrough this season.

Is it worth promoting Williams, KaiKai & Inniss for the time being, seeing as they're training with the 1st team squad?

Found out a few things :

Tyrick Mitchell recently played RB so looks like he can play both sides
Tyron Brown normally plays LB
Joe Tupper has played quite a few U23 games. He's a GK
Will Donkin signed from Chelsea = M
David Boateng = M
Rob Street = ST - played and scored in U23 v Huddersfield
Cian Trehy is a defender, probably another CB. Got sent off on his debut against Millwall

Nice thanks.. guessing you mean Tyler Brown as LB?
Ehizojie Onoabhagbe the only one missing a position then I guess.

Sorry, yeah Tyler. Very little info on the other chap and can't find him in any recent games, assume he must be injured.

Thinking about the scholars how about just colour coding them so it's a bit clearer who are the professionals?

Re scholarship contracts I'm not quite sure how they work but I'm guessing they are until they reach 18. I'll ask on the academy thread.

Looking back I don't think a lot of us appreciate how well the academy boys did last season. With the transfer anxiety building its at least some comfort to know there's some actual talent there.

Good idea with the colour coding. Hopefully there is another Zaha/AWB gem hidden among the youngers

I assume Inniss and KaiKai's contracts must be until at least 2019 but can't find anything.

Woosie said that scholars contract go until they're 18 then they are either let go or offered a pro contract. Not sure where the cut off for that is though.

Re the colour coding are those in blue the U21 pros? If so there's a few that need updating, e.g. Tupper, O'Dwyer, Kirby, also I'd have thought Bissaka too as he's not in the 25? Also Inniss should be in black and Trehy & Street should be green.

Definitely looking like Williams and KaiKai will make the 25 now, not sure what has happened to Inniss though. We need new players in!
