£30 return (with railcard) for me, £45 adult price. 11:07 ex Euston, 18:47 return. Really good pricing compared to previous years, or maybe we're just eager.

Direct train prices have jumped right up again now. We booked via Stafford for £33 each, £26 with a 'two together' rail card. Means an early start however!

It got to a later stage than that in our first season back up, which also happened to be Saturday 3pm, so I reckon it'll most likely get beyond stage 3.
Point to note for everyone though - the back rows are really bad, and anyone over 6ft will struggle to see in the back couple (assuming everyone stands). And there is no chance of sitting either, as the row spacing is just too tight!

I can second that.
We got stuck at the back for the 0-2 cup win under Trevor Francis and the view was terrible. You could just about see the majority of the pitch but you couldn't see the ball when it went in the air or any of the Kop. It felt like we were watching it through a letter box. The win (and Emile Heskey's hilarious miss) made up for it though

Thirded.
Was at the back for our win there a couple of seasons ago and I couldn't see the goal at the Anfield Road end, only knew Dann's header was in by everyone's reactions. |

Tickets bought, dead easy.

Was amazed to see this. Question though will this be available for all games or is it something Liverpool have done themselves? When I saw it I presumed it was going to be the latter and come the next away game it would be back to normal.

Talking to Paul in the box office yesterday he said it would be the same for every game which is great.
