well thats obvious. 17 + 15 = 32. if you reverse 32 you get 23, which holds special relevence in Eqyptian numerology - therefore this is clearly a secret code that Dowie is sending to that egyptian we were looking at a while ago, saying that he wants to sign him and considers him a better player than hughes and aki.
