The bottles are plastic in the Arthur. Plus it was empty after he had tipped the contents over himself

Actually that was never a rugby tackle - far far too high - the Steward would've been sin binned if he had done that - great take down though.
He can play a get out of jail card if his lawyer states the club served him way too much alcohol whilst already over the limit. Crazy but true he can turn the whole thing on the club using the 2003 licensing act to sell to, or obtain alcohol for, a person who is drunk on licensed premises.

I believe this is one of the reasons people felt BREXIT was a good thing, due to these type rulings becoming legally binding in the UK when granted by the unelected European Commission in Brussels.

It's a bit like the complete craziness of you beating up a burglar in your home, they get off scot-free as they didn't steal anything yet you get banged up for assault!

That's great.... boring NBC (and I'm sure the UK coverage) did not show a thing, nor the commentators speak of it. You could tell something was going on, but they totally ignored it like it wasn't happening.

I believe in the NFL they call that tackle "clotheslining" and would be a personal foul. Very effective though!

Why not just go for the fact that the stewards dd not stop him from entering the seats with a full bottle of beer?

He was drunk, idiotic and harmless. It happens.

Some might find it amusing others an unwanted interruption to the game, but please it was hardly a serious event.
