It used to be ‘Drunk in a designated sports arena’. A bit of a catch-all for the old bill back in the 80s when they lobbed someone out of the AW enclosure.

I am fairly sure it was Baldy arrested (or certainly stopped) going to a match: after leaving the pub, the fresh air hit him and his legs just took him sideways in to a bush. The ground was a good hundred metres away but the legislation is entering or trying to enter a ground while drunk.
