His agent has screwed him over, but I wish him well at West Brom. If he does well there, we can always re-visit in the summer

Didn’t do enough here over the 3 years to earn a contract. Obviously a lot of clubs felt the same otherwise he would not have been a free agent until October.
Over three years we would have paid him circa. £8m in wages if the rumoured £50k a week salary was true. Plus any signing on fee and bonuses. |
