Neymar most 'naturally gifted player' LOL
Clearly Pat Nevin hasn't seen Wilfred play.
Nothing here that we haven't enjoyed ourselves these past few years. To view the link you have to Register or Login

Are you really comparing Wilf with Neymar?
Neymar is 10x the finisher that Wilf is.

Wilf has a similar skill on the ball to Neymar, from what I've seen. They both do incredible tricks and flicks, but Neymar is a fantastic striker of the ball and Wilfried, sadly, isn't (yet).

Tbh when neymar went past those two payers to set up the goal and people were getting very excited I did think wilf could do that no problem. Obviously neymar is way better but as dribblers wilf could give him a good run for his money

Neymar is not and will not be as good as people say he will. So over rated it's untrue.

Nevin also said he deserves to be in the discussion with Ronaldo and Messi, not necessarily that he is.

Very good player, if he can stay with Ronaldo and Messi in Spain for a while longer that'll be great, thanks.

I'm sorry as much as I want to be proved wrong next year but from what I've seen neymar is a better player than wilf.. The guy is a machine I would even say is on par if not better than the likes of messi ..

People who say Neymar is overrated are the same sort of people who say Zaha is without ever seeing him play on a consistent basis.

Neymar is another uniquely talented individual - and a finisher. He is a level above Wilf. He also has more chance of fulfulling his potential right now than Wilf.
Wilf is still raw - But Wilf is unique in the fact that there is nobody British like him in the game. The rest are all Walcott clones (Sorry Ince, you will be better than Walcott though)

Neymar > Wilf
Neymar < Messi and Ronaldo I am yet to see what all of the fuss is about (admittedly this is from a few glimpses)

In terms of tricks they are very similar. However is is not just the finishing and ball striking but the decision making as well. One through past the Mexican players would Wilf have found Jo or gone for goal from the angle? |
