Center-Half or Keeper definite NO. An error there an almost always a goal, confidence wrecked, career takes a major bump.
Pretty much anywhere else you can make an error an get away with it. But best places have got to be wing or attacking midfield.

I think you’d have to trust a rookie in offence rather than defence.
If they screw up the play then it’s not such a big deal, as long as they have the balls to say “my bad” then the team will forgive them when they get back to the locker room.
