Sounded like a ramble about both getting cards to getting suspended and suggesting they were stupid cards. Said something like they had no right to get them...

Very odd way of phrasing it. Can't help but feel that he is unlikely to see next season. Retirement beckons.

Roy was a Palace fan as a kid. Red and Blue only started with Big Mal long after Roy was on the terraces. Roy's old skool in more ways than one.

Feel for him as he's looked out of sorts for a while now. He doesn't make a lot of sense in his interviews anymore and he gets confused a lot. I wonder why he puts himself through the hassle. Hopefully he keeps us up this season, gets the credit and then moves into another role at the club and we bring in someone with a more progressive approach.

Love Roy. We need him to hang in until May. Then show him the respect he deserves on the final day of the season and it also gives parish more time to find the next Frank de boer or similar.

So do I. There was a bloke in the Shelverdine Goat, before the game yesterday, who thought he'd been really clever shouting at Roy "3 points or you go today" earlier in the day; it must be enough to make anyone wonder why they bother. Hopefully the ungrateful twat is choking on his cornflakes this morning.

He’s doing a good job under very, very difficult circumstances.
One can only hope the club has learnt lessons in terms of recruitment ahead of the forthcoming window and Roy is given the support he so desperately needs.
I honestly wouldn’t swap Roy at this time for any of the managers in the bottom half.

But that’s not it is it? It’s our poor past recruitment that has left us in this mess. With our wage bill we can’t afford to get anyone decent in under FFP.

In agreeing with the above! Roy needed support last window for the attacking areas...the board delivered him Jordan Ayew. Simply unacceptable.

Yep, definitely no need for it.

Although £2m a year in wages probably softens the blow

Rubbish. He makes himself perfectly clear throughout. He refers to 'Claret and Blue eyes' as an obvious reference to the former Palace colours, but he says 'Red and Blue eyes' first. He refers to Wilf getting sent off then immediately corrects himself. He knows all about the goal stats. Can't see what you're talking about tbh.

This might be possible only with a modern coach beside him , ( succession plan ) and 50 million on players ( with a decent scouting system ) .

Well we are playing the best football ive seen us play in years and look well organised, we have had a few poor games as have most teams. He says it as it is before and after games a very good manager i would not want any of our last three back in his place.
