Wow, great recall.

Just remember watching it in a nice bar in Budapest, only reason that game sticks out for me.

Sticks in my mind. It was my birthday and Arsenal won it in the last minute. Happy f-ing birthday!

That’d make a good thread, Palace birthday experiences. Big Sam ****ed off on my birthday but that didn’t feel so bad at the time.

For a big lad, he clearly has pace to burn.

So what we're saying is, Sorlorth's the first Norwegian debutant not to score for us since Per Bertram in 1969?! Sell him.
Just joshing: I doubt Johnny Parr scored on his debut.

Not too surprising that it seems rare. Not like we have been buying many strikers recently.

If he develops into the player his Fifa inform card is, he'll be unplayable
For reference his inform has him as realy fast but still a brick shithouse, so you just cant get the ball off him.

Yet again Benteke played well enough and worked hard, but his finishing was woeful. On today's evidence Sorloth did indeed look the better player.

He didn't try too hard too, a lot of players do that on their debut and end up looking gash as a result. Seemed a natural and pretty relaxed, still looked gutted but hopefully he takes a fair bit of confidence from today.
