Him and Tomkins both great buys from West Ham. Perhaps we should go in again? Antonio?

I think down the line West Ham will regret selling him to us almost as much as they do Tomkins.

Why deride him so distastefully when he's playing so well and making a difference to team play?

It's been good to see him improve every time he has played. We are starting to see some of his ability now. He is a fearsome sight when he makes a lung bursting run from deep in our half to get into their box as Andros is charging down the wing with the ball. Can't be long before he scores.

He got involved in lots of our short neat passing and kept the ball moving well. In the first half Hennessey found him with a goal kick which he killed on his chest and played perfectly down the line to Zaha. In the second half he hit an inch perfect 30 yard pass into Townsend's run to set up the second goal. If that is a 'donkey' then maybe you should buy a Real Madrid shirt and go and watch them... |

In some ways I'm looking forward to Saturdays game more than Tuesdays.
Work with a couple of West Hams and honestly feel sorry for their current & ex-players, really hope the lads are up for the game and we get a decent result for Tomkins/Kouyate |

Think he improved us when he came in against Everton and we've been better with him in this side since. Very good value signing.

If it's a case of one or the other, it's time to move on from RLC and go all out of a forward in my opinion. If we can afford both, happy days, but suspect RLC (who seems to be getting more and more game time at Chelsea) will not be coming to us regardless.

He's like KG in size, build and strength but can actually play football quite well.

Aspects of it work. But considering our financial restraints this summer, I think we did quite well with the deals. Even though Guaita hasn't played in the league, he has definitely improved our goalkeeping strength too. I'm still relatively happy with Ayew too. Attacking players are so expensive and so hard to get.
