Andre Dozell Emergency Loan
Same chap who posted about Zaha's injury first on Facebook is saying we are trying to get Andre Dozell on Emergency Loan from Ipswich Town.
Apparently he had a long term injury, not sure if he's ready to play again but thought I would post since it's the same chap who posted about Zaha before anyone else. Highlights: To view the link you have to Register or Login

Only emergency loan option is if you need a keeper because you have no available professional keeper.
Non story. |

As an aside and unless we're being whooshed I thought Dozzell junior was done for the season

He's Jason Dozzells lad, didn't he do his cruciate in the first game of the season. Thought you could only sign free agents anyway.

What's not to like? He should fit right in with all the other long term damaged ligament crocks we have.

Can players buy out their contracts and become free agents with a little encouragement and higher wages from a friendly club like us?

You have to be a free agent at the moment the window closes in order to move before the next window opens. So no.

Baffling thread. Andre Dozzell is an attacking midfielder. How could we get him on an 'emergency loan'?
Also: "Dozzell tore his cruciate ligament during the opening game of the season against Birmingham City and was ruled out for the rest of the season." To view the link you have to Register or Login

The most hopeful thing about this thread is that the source of the story also appears to be the source of the Zaha injury story.

Was very highly rated before his injury i believe

That is hopeful. As this is clearly nonsense.

This sounds about as sensible as getting the man who donated his knee to John Salako.

So he’s injured and we can’t sign him. Great story
