I'd take him on a small fee. Would be a risk long term but could work short term, which is what we need.

He’d probably cost a fortune and looks a shadow of the player he was two seasons ago. Since going on live tv and ripping into Arsenal players about how poor they are, his form has been nothing short of woeful and his own team has nose dived. Best to keep your mouth shut sometimes

We've been linked with some real shit and all around the £10 million pounds mark , Troy knows where the back of the net is and is supposedly available , let's get in there and hijack WBA bid and get ourselves and out and out goal getter .

If we are going to spend anything like that kind of money, I'd far rather just pay whatever it takes to get Moussa Dembele on board. He'd likely to be cheaper both in fees and wages, and while more of a risk, he imho has a lot more upside potential both in footballing and financial terms. |

30 this year and a declining goal return. Someone we should have tried to sign after we beat Watford in the play-off final.

I’d rather have Ulloa for ten million than Deeney for double that and on higher wages. Both are championship quality past it lumps so we may as well be economical.

If Deeney goes for £21m football is officially dead.

I spoke with a Watford S/T holder yesterday and he agreed that Deeney was, if not past it, nowhere near the player he was a year or two ago.

They’ve been saying that since last season. Few on here didn’t get the memo though.

Our kit doesn't do unfit players any favours. Hopefully Deeney won't be wearing it if the transfer fee involved is true.
