Put him in goal. Hopefully one of our defenders can ruin him during a goalmouth scramble. He can be carried off in a dustbin.

Does he even train with the team? If not, then it would suggest something other than being a poor player is going on. RH didnt even include him in his '18 at WHU plus Damo' statement.

His signing made sense at the time.

Not to me it didn't. I'd see him play before. No pace.

Fair enough but I’m happy to admit I thought it was a good fee for a young English prospect who’d already had a couple of good years, one being in the Prem. If QPR he just been a bad spell at a club where many failed then he had the potential to be sold on for £20m with English premium and given age. |

An experienced pro yet even with our run of injuries no where near the first team squad really sums him up.

This has to be our worst injury list ever at a crucial time in the season. If he STILL can’t get near the first team squad then we should just reach agreement to cancel the contract. Only caveat would be if his non participation is due to some sort of health issue.

This is a move that might happen if he gets a big enough pay off. He has friends who have gone to the US/Canada and he does only have one more year on his contract - he may rate it as a good place to pick up another deal paying a reasonable sum of money - there can be good returns for mediocre players in the US.

It was fleetingly mentioned on the last FYP podcast that he has an attitude about training...nothing more was said.

The weird one for me with Mutch is the fact that in the recent press conference, when Roy referenced there being the 18 people in the match day squad, plus Delaney, available, that inferred Mutch clearly isn't available.
There is no information on an injury, so I just thought it was interesting that it isn't just that he's not making the side at the moment, but that he's clearly not even in the management's thoughts whatsoever!

Is this a Darcy Blake situation again??
Although Darcy did at least play for the under 23's before he left.

Ritson wrote in the adder a few days back-
'Jordon Mutch was also linked at the last minute with Bolton, but there was no truth in that at all and he's not in the right frame of mind or ready to step in.' Sounds like he has 'issues' to me. |

Hardly surprising he isn’t in a hurry to walk away from that |
