International 'friends' not interested....
Norway has turned down a request from Britain to set up a formal joint taskforce aimed at preparing a post-Brexit free trade deal between the two countries, Norwegian media have reported.

The business daily Dagens Næringsliv said the international trade minister, Liam Fox, asked Norway’s trade and industry minster, Monica Mæland, to form a bilateral trade working group at a meeting between the two ministers and their officials on 14 September.

The request was passed to the Norwegian foreign affairs ministry, which is coordinating Norway’s Brexit response, where it was rejected as likely to jeopardise Norway’s European Economic Area (EEA) agreement and “inappropriate” while Britain was still a full member of the EU, the paper said.

The rejection marks a second early setback for Fox’s department after Australia’s trade minister said last month that any formal work on a post-Brexit Australia-UK trade deal would take second place to trade talks with the EU, and anyway could not begin until Britain had fully exited from the bloc.
Hang on, this can't be right because BoreBlimey Racecourse FrigginEagle and Will the Div told us that the Row would being clamouring over each other to trade with us!

Racey advertised that he was going to take a break, he did, it was a very short one and i commented on it, though nothing too controversial there. A large percentage of yours either make no sense of feature pictures of Nigel so what. Racey is quite capable of looking after himself btw.

I've voted for anyone but the Tories because I've always lived on tory areas. Didn't realise that Blair was a tory until he arrived of course.

The Tories have made Housing unaffordable for millions by their policies that protect house prices from falling and favour landlords .

The EU referendum gave those like myself who have a worthless vote normally due to the UKs first past the post system , A massive chance to hit back at the Tories and EU's unfair policies on the poor and so we swung the vote , So those voters that created this mess by voting Tory will now have to live with the turmoil .

You can't complain about the Tories being right-wing if you voted them in ., What did you expect ? Them to bring in cuddly economic policies for ordinary folks and boost workers living standards

Yes the Tories are still in power and carrying out right-wing policy but at least it's getting harder for them to protect the wealthy at the expense of the lower classes without it hitting their wealth .

Those at the bottom of society and those who can never dream of owning their own property no matter how hard they work are not going to really care about the economic repercussions let's be honest .
Just in case you think I did, I did not vote them in.

The vote to leave the EU has handed them a lot more power and we will see that by getting the tory version of Brexit.

The vote to leave the EU has widened the wealth gap, so well done for that.

From the Guardian.

The most recent weekly data shows that the level of hate crime is 16% higher than over a similar period last year, with 1,384 incidents reported in the third week of August, the last set of figures available.

But despite the increases, police chiefs say they no longer want to collate weekly figures, arguing that the reduction in the level of increase means that is no longer justified

Mark Hamilton, the NPCC lead for hate crime, said that the reductions in the rate of increase meant they were no longer going to require weekly updates from police forces in England, Wales and Northern Ireland.

“We have seen continued decreases in reports of hate crimes to forces and these reports have now returned to formerly seen levels for 2016. For this reason, we will return to our previous reporting procedures and will no longer be requiring weekly updates from forces,” he said.

That's great, good to see someone actually question people on their reasons.

"You see those guys in Brussels and they're all political..."
