Friends and family list
Has anyone else noticed the friends and family list is no longer accessible on your account page? Or at least I can’t find mine! Used to be on the left hand tabs.

There is a contacts and Friends list.
Go to the Forums, then click on the User CP link. It is over on the left hand side under Networking. Not sure if that is what you are looking for. |

I think Lydder is referring to the CPFC ticket site, not the BBS!
And he appears to be right - I can't see the Friends and Family link either. |

Yes, it's gone. Bloody cost cutting again. Parish' fault. Parish out.

Just spoken to the Box Office.
They have changed the system due to issues with Friends and Family. If you go into your account and click on the game you want tickets for Friends and Family appear there. However if you want new people added to your list they have to ring the Box Office with their details. Suggested to the Box Office that it might be an idea to inform people of the change! |

They also appear to have got rid of the option to login using client ref, name and postcode

It was always good for finding out who has the correct number of points for certain games. Now we have to try and buy the ticket when it goes on sale and hope they have enough. I know most people should know their points total but my parents for example don't have a clue.

If, like me, you used to log in via this option, you'll need to contact the box office to change to client ref and password.

Glad it wasn’t only me. Agree with what has already been said, I used that tab a lot to keep on top of the families loyalty points etc to know where we stood with ticket availability etc. Shame it’s gone

I'm sure it would be possible for them to provide an option where you could view the loyalty points for people on your friends and family list, without being able to add new people to the list. If enough people ask for that option, they might make the effort to provide it.

Ridiculous change, farcical, I buy on behalf of my partner, mates, and others so when we go to an away game we are all together. Bloody nightmare now as can't from memory remember how many Parish Points everyone has!?!?!?!?!?!!!!

To be honest I always thought the system was a bit insecure the way it was before. If I remember rightly, you only needed to know a couple of basic things about someone to be able to add them to your family and friends list and then order tickets against their membership. Clearly open to abuse and it's not surprising that they had to change it so that the person being added is consenting!
But they should provide the option to view loyalty points of existing family and friends as that is indeed very useful when planning ticket orders. |

Thanks for flagging this up, just had to re-set my password as I used the postcode etc option previously.
