Scraping the barrel.

The finish at Reading was sublime, I must admit.

The Board are beyond belief.

The cant seem to make a decent decision on anything these days. i.e. see ticket allocations and the prices for the Watford game. You can only support something insupportable for so long. The management of Crystal Palace is not the same as the entity of Crystal Palace that we all love.

It is not really a difficult distinction to make.

Cheers. You can always let some things slide, but there is a limit.

I think some on here would be happy to have Venables back. LOL

And outside of any ethical viewpoint, what has he brought to the table. Name one thing he has done for the club, or will potentially do - that will benefit the club as well as his payback. We are not a charity FFS. People should earn their money in life, not be paid handsomely for providing no value.

I have yet to see any evidence that anyone AT ALL employed in the non-football management structure over the last five years has brought any tangible benefit to the Club.

No. He was & still is shite. Championship is his standard.

Absolutely spot on. Campbell was bloody awful. The only reason some of our fans liked him is because he ran around the pitch a lot. I'd run around the pitch for 40k per week. He was an awful finisher and added next to nothing. Cameron Jerome was limited but far more effective for us.

Look at how few goals he has scored in the championship so far. He's barely capable at that level.

17 starts 26 sub appearances, 5 goals does not set the world alight, but in a team not known for its goals, hardly worthy of you ripping into him as you have. You expect a 5ft 8in player to have the physical presence to hold the ball up? Okay we get it, you do not rate him.

There is a shit load of money floating around in pro football. Because of that people get paid loads for **** all. No one bats an eyelid in the old boys network as there’s loads to go round. They probably actually think they’re worth it.

Depends how far your ethics reach? yours may start at being racist and homophobic, others may start at deriding someone's class status and wealth or posting rude bordering on sexist comments on the internet, or calling someone an idiot fir having an opposing opinion. I am sure if your posting history were brought up in an interview for a job outside of the context of the BBS it would be a wee bit uncomfortable for you.

Well, Mr Montana, I dont think I would be applying for work at a company I had been rather publicly dismissed form. Unless I was fortunate enough that that company was unbelievably going to employ me again in some capacity.

With the lack of thinking going on in this thread - I am wondering whether the BBS has turned into Twitter or Facebook.

My BBS postings are in the public domain for all to see - not sneekingly sent behind peoples backs.

Parish giving Moody a job again really says something about the culture of the club.

How do you think Zaha, Souare, Sako, Sakho and others will feel when they hear that we've gone and re-employed a guy who sent a message to Cardiff staff with a picture entitled Black Monopoly - where every square was a "Go to Jail" square.

Or on another occasion when discussing transfer targets said

"'Not many white faces amongst that lot but worth considering."

Is this really someone that we want associated with our club? The guy is a racist.

Terrible terrible error of judgement by Parish giving him a job again. Can anyone on here name one good thing that he did here during his first spell as Sporting Director?
