I quite like Jules but from memory I thought he could have done better with the penalty. The way Cazorla ran up to take the kick it seemed to be going only one way into the net (the opposite to Jule's dive). I thought Jules committed himself early and had he not done so he could possibly of gone the right way and saved the shot as the position and pace of the shot gave him half a chance.

His saves that day were decent. Less decent were the multiple saves that day that he punched back to the opposition...

As much as I love Julie, I think it's time for new blood in goal now.

Agree this would be a great target for our No.1 spot if we stay up.
Jules has done and still does the job. I just don't understand all this knocking regardless of a dip in form. Hennessey is a completely different keeper. He's a massive lump in comparison but IMHO don't believe he's the answer, particular now. Only have to look at season Wolves got relegated from PL, defensively they were frail but my word he looked shocking. Surprised we signed him at all. |

Speroni looks finished to me unfortunately. Hennessey isnt the long term answer but think he needs to come in on Saturday.

Reading this reminds me of why I don't spend much time here any more. More than ten years of service, most of it excellent, and a perceived poor few games. And he's finished? Really? Next time you don't hit your performance targets at work for 2 weeks on the trot do you expect to be cast aside and declared finished? Ffs.
You are all silly sausages. |

Unfortunately its another where Delaney was at fault for not having closed down Giroud.

Phew! Thank you. Total whoosh moment reading Carl's reply.
(It's actually a festive Coca Cola tin, and brilliant for housing loose DVDs, Blu-rays, games etc. Hence it stays all year round.)
