Wilf has userped them all but what about Rash the smash? Don Rogers, Peter Taylor, Ian Wright, AJ, there have been plenty but none have achieved on the scale of Wilf which is why we are in unprecidented territory writing history.

Yeah but the thread is about your favourite player not necessarily the best.

Don Rogers … the reason why I have had a 46 year emotional rollercoaster ride
Always liked Thorn, Ninja, Kemp, Swindle, JC and the Boy Salad

I always got really excited when I saw Alan Whittle play.... Enthralling mesmerising player.... The Zaha of the 70's.
Special mention to Martin Hinshelwood, who would definitely had made the greats except for being so injury prone. Yogi, Aka John Hughes was the most amusing, was like having a tank on the pitch.

Dean Gordon. Crunching tackles and cannonball shots. Unlucky not to play for England.
Wiki says he now lives in Sunderland (wtf) |

Don Rodgers, Peter Taylor, Vince Hilaire, Jim Cannon, Ian Wright, Wilf. If I had to choose one it's Wilf just above big Jim Cannon.

Current crop - Wilf
Player I would love to have seen live - Don Rogers Guilty pleasure - Jamie Smith. The violence of some of his tackles was pure joy.
