Alternative Travel Options

Yes Pal , I was on 10.23 Euston to New Street but now going via Marylebone direct up to moor street though for those interested it goes on to Snow Hill

Hopefully after the game New Street to Euston might be ok but looked earlier and some are already cancelled.

I did think that when I checked train times myself. Going up from Marylebone as faster than via st pancras.

Yes all of the southern West Coast main line affected. Some trains are getting through and the 0723 EUS to BHM has just arrived at Watford Jn 33 late but many not left Euston yet that should have.

Now on a train just departed, the first train out of Euston this morning. Departed at 8.55. All trains declassified so just get on any train you can irrespective of which one you’re booked on. Standing only, as you can imagine.

It’s manic at Euston, when we arrived they said there was nothing departing at all! Got lucky! Slow but on our way.

I suggest everyone avoids Euston if you can and use Marylebone instead. All tickets are valid with any rail company on any other line I understand. Allow more time!
