Tonight sees the last game at the Arena, the postponed semi final which would've been played back in March but for the torrential rain that day.

Kick off at 7.45 at the Arena

If you're not going to SP tonight, why not come along and support the Croydon Lads tonight and see the future football stars?

Croydon won 2-0 on Saturday at Bookham. Today, the Trams play their first home game of the season, a local derby against Epsom and Ewell, and the England match is on in the bar

Croydon FC won 5-2 against Crowborough Athletic, and will be away to Whitstable Town in the next round of the FA Cup a week Saturday.

Incidentally, the draw for the London Senior Cup has been made. Croydon have a bye in the First Round, and then have a home tie against Erith & Belvedere in the Second Round. The winners of that game have a trip to Thornton Heath to play old friends Wandsworth & Norwood AKA Croydon Athletic.

Today's BBC Text says that the league game between Raynes Park and Croydon is off. This is because Croydon are in the FA Cup, away to Whitstable Town in Kent. I think it's too late to get a train to Scunthorpe, why not come along and lend your support at Whitstable?

Hello Cartoon Head,

Yes, the athletics tracks still there, you just get used to it! Crowds are less than 100, more if there's a big game on. And programmes are on sale at the ground, I think this is a requirement of the Combined Counties Premier Division. A division below and you may not get a programme.

Palace are away tomorrow, and so are Croydon FC, away to Dorking FC KO 3PM.

Regards, CM

cheers CM,I'll have to try and get down there again, saw some excellent games down there back in the 80's and early 90's,i stopped going one season because all the players walked out(can't remember why) and they had to continue the season with kids and were getting beat by cricket scores every week, haven't been back since.

The local derby against Beckenham Town ended in a 7-3 win for Becks. One of the Croydon goals was an own goal scored by former Tram Chris Hill.

More cup action tonight, the Trams are in League Cup action away to Badshot Lea, who play at Godalming Town's ground.

I hear the home side had a couple of bad shots, couple of dodgy free kicks! The game ended Badshot Lea 0 Croydon 1, so the Trams are through to the next round of the League Cup.

Tomorrow, Croydon are away to league leaders Chertsey Town, KO 3PM.
