Stigma, given his age, would Rogne be a free or would he cost a compensation figure based on him being an international?

True. Absolutely true.

But hey this is just for shits and giggles.

I personally don't want to be the guy that did not recommend the next possible star from my country. So, I guess in a way it absolves any guilt I could feel if I didn't do my bit from over here and i certainly expect nothing will come of my suggestions. If that makes sense?!

Not sure how those rules work.

The good thing about the australian league is that it's relatively cheap when compared to other emerging leagues such as the US, Japan and Korea. Marco Rojas to Dusseldorf for £100,000? Mental. Absolutely ******* mental.
I thought Rojas went to VfB Stuttgart? Well either way the price is next to nothing for a really good player.

Agreed that Zullo isn't very good, but Oar is, however he would be hard to get as his team is in the Europa League next year. I see that the Korean LB Suk-Young Yun didn't get a game at QPR. I think he would be worth nabbing if possible. Ki Sung-Yueng would be great next to Jedinak, but probably would be a bit expensive.

Season Blackpool went up he signed players from French, Russian, Bulgarian, Israeli and Czech leagues

Whether he'd repeat that now.......?

100% right with Stuttgart. My apologies!
100% right about Oar- he cost Utrecht about £300,000! Nuts!
The Japs and Koreans invest a shed load of doh into football development, but when have we ever heard of a combative midfielder coming from that region?
That aside if the kid is good enough, the kid is good enough!

Ki Sung-Yueng is about the only truly combative one I can think of. He is also creative and 6'3". Apart from that...nope, not really. The Japanese seem to get scared of the ball if you pressure them too much. Koreans are a bit more combative by nature, but give away silly cards.

"That aside if the kid is good enough, the kid is good enough!" are you talking about Oar or Rojas? Either for me, Kruse and Rogic as well. I feel like all the A-league players that could do well for us have already gone elsewhere. Will be interesting to see how many A-League clubs bring youth players through next season. Particularly if the Roar do with the amount of players that have left. CCM and MV seem to have good youth setups so I guess we will see what they have next year. Also be interesting to see what Tony P has been developing.

I was talking about potential north Asian players at the def mid role!

I certainly think Oar and Rojas are good enough for their positions.

B-Eagle is playing for a contract
Is a Belgian player in the squad not a requirement in the Premiership these days?
Thorgan Hazard
Brother of Eden. He came of age in the second half of the Belgian league. Owned by Chelsea, he played on loan for Zulte-Waregem, the surprise team who challenged for first spot but lost out on the final day to Anderlecht. Rumours are that Anderlecht now want him and they can offer Champions League football... but we are Premier League! :-)

You're right, but I think we have to forget about Andreas Cornelius until we have established ourselves in the to 4 for a few seasons!

But at AaB Aalborg we have another attacking player almost as good, Nicklas Helenius, 22 years old, a big, strong lad with good technique and eye for goal - and he desparately wants to go abroad now.

Aren't there any nutty Croats or Serbs like Sasa Curcic out there we could nab? (I'm guessing Jedi is of that region descent?)

Who was that DM Dougie bought for Bolton, how does he find these players?

Malmö have a terrific keeper called Robin Olsen. When I saw him first he was playing in the Swedish Division Two (eqivalent to the Blue Square). Now he is first choice in MFF. Great reflexes and a terrific talent. Would be cheap and excellent cover for Jules.

If you do a search of the baltic countries international players a certain team's name keeps popping up, Udinese.

Are they stockpiling players or something? No wonder they can afford to loan half their squad to Watford and Granada.
