David James

Anyone been watching the Chelski v Man City match?

0-0 full time, and save of he season by David James in around the 93rd min.

Who would have thought City would take 4pts from them this year?

Yes, great reaction save from David James. He was well on form today.

Only saw the last five minutes, but what a save. Great shot stopper, pity he can't catch the ball.

On that showing we will beat Chelsea - however by then I am sure Droghba and Robben will be back

Anyway as for the point of this thread - what an awesome save that was!!

on some days, when the wind's blowing in the right direction, the grass is the right height, the opposition shirts are the right colour and his beard's just the right length, James can look awesome. It's just a shame about the rest of the time. If he'd pulled off that save against Portugal I'd have worshipped him for the next decade. As it is, with Chelsea home and dry anyway, City set from a comfortable mid table finish and England having dumped him I gotta shrug my shoulders a bit. Was damn impressive though.

ROFL Fantastic post.
He's a great keeper - but oh boy he gives me some heart failures!

I believe that STATISTICALLY Green is the best in the Prem.
