something to do with a physio who i think used to be at palace who was a bit on the tubby side asked him to do a celebration for him when he scored and it kinda stuck.

A fan who is also a BBSer once caught AJ having a burger in McDonald's and gave him some stick about how professional footballers should have a better diet. So whenever he scored a goal he'd do a burger-munching celebration.

Your all wrong it was at West Brom (I think) away last season AJ was sitting in the away seats with us and he got a burger and some old fella said it was disgraceful an athlete eating a burger.

This is correct and has even been on the offical site. Its one of our fitness coaches im led to beleave always has burger's in the canteen.
