Bulgaria v Sweden

Zlatan lucky to still be on the pitch. Ljungberg scored a great goal following a fine through ball by Anders Svensson (Actually, why the hell is Anders Svensson allowed to play with Southampton after they transferred him to Elfsborg in Sweden ?) Anyways, Sweden seem to be coasting this one. Stoikovic is looking daggers from the sidelines ; he'll either nut the referee or take out Zlatan. Watch this space.

Well, for anyone interested and I can understand that must be a very limited group, the score is still 1-0 but Bulgaria are down to 10. Markov was sent off on the hour for tripping Ljungberg after he was clean through. It was a second bookable offence. Otherwise, business as usual here. You have a feeling that if Bulgaria played Sweden forever, Sweden would win. Very professional, unspectacular performance. I prefer watching a good up and down the pitch type of match.

Yeah, Svensson transferred to Elfsborg from Southampton a while back but he got some clause which allows him to continue playing for Saints. Why so ? Sounds a bit odd to me.
