The Duke's Head seems to be recommended for away fans - it's in Lower Richmond Road.

Or the Irish pub is P Shannon & Sons in Putney High Street

Drinks before Fulham

Seeing as we are probably banned from the railway and the Spottted Horse is currently being refurbished (according to Tak)

Where to drink?

I'm most certainly not going back in the Railway. I liked that irish pub I went in last year by the bridge.

There is no "recommended" pub as such - you can drink anywhere in the high street.

Having checked today - I can confirm the Spotted Horse IS shut for refurbishment by Youngs. Also it seems from asking that Shannons *MAY* also be shut for the same reason - I won't have time to check that between now and the game so would recommend that as suggested by Lightweight - that we all meet up in the Dukes Head (Lower Richmond Road) which is right by Putney Bridge (unfortunately it's not the biggest pub in the world - but should be able to accomodate us I hope).

Was in the Slug & Lettuce last year, just before the bridge, but nor sure if they will welcome everyone back as they closed it down and threw everyone out when people started singing (all very good humoured mind).

Paf, it was indeed hilarious (and all very good-spirited). I remember sitting in there after the game and there were about 10-15 or so seperate groups of fans and assumed mostly Fulham, then one palace song broke out and the whole pub erupted, EVERYONE in there was Palace, the manager came over and told us we were'nt allowed to sing or they would shut the bar, so everyone carried on anyway. And that breakdancing...now that was funny.

Little Al's currently having a crafty drink in the Railway. Apparently the train no longer runs, and they've blocked off the balcony area. He was wbout to leave when I spoke to him, because the landlord had clocked him!
