Yep, after the game I was congratulating one or two West Brom supporters in my local pub. Good guys that I'm glad to see staying up (if it couldn't be us). Glad to take Southampton down with us..the 1.division will eat them alive.

Well played West Brom

It will be interesting to see how they do next year. I guess the thinking is if you can get into a second year in the Prem. you can establish yourself, i.e. Brum and Portsmouth to name a couple.

Of the other three clubs I am very pleased for West Brom. Unlike Southampton and Norwich, they actually do have a history to be proud of - League Champions and 5 times FA Cup Winners - they are a cornerstone in the tradition of English football - unlike those bumpkins from Norwich and Southampton who have alot to say, but deliver next to nothing.

What do Palace have? Unlike most clubs - Palace usually have something to play for at the end of every season. OK, so it's usually trying to stay up, but how many other clubs can give 19 nervous breakdowns nearly every year. Good old Palace! Congratulations West Brom!
