Dazza CPFC. When my wife and I applied for a refund, in writing, we were telephoned and offered free coach tickets for a future game of our choice. It suited us to take the ticket offer, which could be useful for later in the season. I would have blown the cash immediately.

I suspect that this offer is a tactic to avoid cash refunds. The person with whom I dealt at the Palace Box Office was Dominic Riseboro, and he seemed pretty reasonable.

No idea, but I would have thought you would need to show your coach ticket &/or match ticket- let's face it you would not expect to get a refund from a shop without proof of purchase. When did you claim?

For those who stood on the terrace there were no match tickets, as it was pay on the day. I have given my details to the Box Office, and asked them to send me a coach ticket for the Crewe match. I haven't received it yet, but then the match isn't until 16 December.

Bullet Head is playing for a contract
Alright for you lot!!!

Preston is one of my home games and because I don't travel on the coach I get sweet FA apart from lots of p*ss taking for us losing so badly...

Mr Jordan - How about a refund for the fans in Leeds who travelled down to the home game against Grimsby - a result I still cannot live down up here...

Only joking at least we beat Sheff Wed 4-1, Huddesfield 2-1 and Barnsley 1-0

Dazza, i think ost of us went to the box office and they had the lists of who went on the coaches to Preston, doubt if they've still got them now.
We were offered the £10 back or a free coach travel, i took the travel to Bolton, if i was you i'd go in the box office and see someone because i can't see them sending you the cash.

from what simon jordan said at the fan's forum the other week - if you have proof of travel to preston - you can claim a free coach trip to another game.

I wonder how long this offer will last for!! - I still have my preston train tickets - but don't want to go on the coach as yet......
