Problem is you end up with an unhappy player who then puts in a transfer request - remember Wright, Thomas, Armstrong etc.......

We are lucky to have SJ, he might have his faults but who hasn't. I'd rather have some one with passion who loves the club. Like Delia at Norwich he might make a tit of himself sometimes but at least you know they care.

It also depends on SJ demenoir and the way in which he said 'He Might'.
The is a huge difference between SJ saying it in jest with a wry grin and him being sullum and serious.

I'm wondering why SJ had to open his mouth at all - on yet another matter (Spurs/Chelsea) that is not of direct concern to him.

History suggests (Cahill etc) that every time SJ shoots from the lip, it ends in tears.

The lack of noise from AJ is far more worrying.
