Those Grade A prices look sensible to me and should stop the need to allocate the entire AW to the monkeys who support those sides.

If you read it carefully, you will see that for Category A games (which are BHA and Millwall) there is both a home AND an away section in the Arthur Wait Stand, therefore BHA and Millwall HAVE NOT been given the whole Arthur!

are they doing the same thing as last year? ie must buy a Cat b when buying a Cat A? Not that it matters too much, as there are only two Cat A's but still would be worth knowing

They haven't said that they are, so I presume the different categories are simply a price differential.
Interesting that Eagle Gold Upgrade holders have priority over regular Season ticket holders who choose to buy ther programmes week by week. Wonder if there will be any any other priority periods for Eagle Gold Upgraders, for example for away game tickets?

Is there any information on when tickets for away matches will be available and when us mere MOTP can get hold of them?

I thought so too, as have got this every year (just 'cos I buy a programme every game & works out cheaper.) Discounted coach travel does not benefit me, as I don't travel to away games by coach. So nice to get another 'extra'. |

Don';t forget several more games could be classified as 'A' games, Norwich bveing one that springs instantly to mind if we are both at the top!

Presumably the Crewe game is TBC in case they wish to introduce a Grade "D".

You are aware we're now playing in the Championship? £64 for a family of four to watch sub-standard football. They'll be queueing all the way down Holmesdale Road. |

I got offered tickets for the inter and West ham gaes for a fiver each via the schools program but chose not to take them as they were only for that crappy area in the old stand

Of course they haven't. No team in the Championship would get anywhere near filling the Arthur at £30 a pop. Even the weed. And I don't blame them either.

If you see it as sub standard football! Last year would have set you back 35 quid for a match day ticket. A reduction of £15 pounds for what could arguably be deemed as more exciting matches if not so high on quality, represents good value!

Think you underestimate the hatred of us by Wall and Seaweed.
They will winge and crow over the £30, but they will still bring 5-6k to us. Just a way of maximimising income for the 2 games where we should get around 20-25k through the gate. |

The season before last, I hardly went (before my boy wanted to go and I wangld cheap tickets) because £22 was too much (not including pub, food, programme etc) to see the likes of Crewe on a cold evening. £20 only seems cheap now because we were charged £35 last year. Its still a lot. Time will tell if its too much but I reckon that a load of freebies and cheap tickets will be on offer. ST holders need to get their two pairs of free tickets as well, if crowds are going to get anywhere close to last season's tally.
