Centenary Kit

I've gotta say the centenary kit looked good last night.

It made the boys look bigger & classier.

I wouldnt mind it being used as the home kit.

Anyone else agree or am i just talking shite..

I would actually rather we have the centinary kit as our home kit this season as opposed to a one-off friendly although its not going to happen it would have been a nice touch.

Hmm, don't be so sure boxing francis. I noticed that the shirts had Championship badges on the sleeves and sponsorship space above the players names...there's a chance that the kit will be used in a few league games.

Some of the players were wearing long sleeve versions which would suggest that a fair number have been produced.

(The reason the club give for not producing L/S shirts for the supporters to buy is the numbers required to justify a batch.)

As much as I really like the new home kit, the completely blue back, which actually folds round the sides towards the front, meaning there is no hint of red from the back, means I might be with you on this one. The kit looked very good, but did make Fitz Hall look like a basketball player.

I was thinking that might be the case, due to the away strip being black. If we play some other team with a relatively dark coloured strip, the centenary strip will probably put in an appearance again, I would imagine....(?)

I heard this from someone who works in the club shop.

Seems a shame to have such a nice kit and never use it.
